Module 5 – Know Your Learner

In this interactive online learning module, Teachers Aids will understand why it’s important to know their learner and how to do this. They will explore and discuss how to notice, recognise and respond as part of formative assessment. They will look at the importance of tracking and monitoring learner progress and how to discuss this with the teacher. This module uses both video and a learning workbook to support TA development.
